As anticipated, this inaugural round on the Bugatti track delivered on its expectations with continuous twists and turns over the 24H. At the finish, the SERT (Suzuki Endurance Racing Team) had an impressive win with its three riders Sylvain Guintoli, Gregg Black and the Belgian Xavier Siméon taking top spot on the podium, finishing in the same lap as the official Yamaha (Yart) team in second, while the official Honda team took third place.

After this exhausting race for both riders and machines, the teams must now get remotivated for the grand return of motorcycle endurance to Spa-Francorchamps, including for the two test days planned for mid-May that will be vital for the preparation of race strategy, and, for most of the competitors,  a learning experience on this spectacular track.
